Gurgaon, April 28: A Physiotherapy camp was organised at the Haryana Police Recruit Training Center (RTC) located in the Bhondsi area of the district as per the guidelines of RTC ADG Charu Bali. The spokesperson says that the main objective of organising this camp was to increase awareness about how to keep the body healthy in daily life.

About 1100 people participated in the camp. Under the guidance of Dr Sumit Baliyan, Director of The Physio Experts, the program at RTC Bhondsi focused on tailored exercises to address individual recruit needs. Dr. Baliyan brings years of experience in sports medicine and rehabilitation, ensuring recruits receive top-notch care and attention. Everyone was made aware about health and told that they should exercise regularly and consume only nutritious food so that the body can be kept healthy.

The soldiers undergoing training at RTC were also made aware about health and were urged to leave negativity and adopt positivity. That means, keep your thoughts positive, so that they do not have to face any kind of mental stress. Dr Ashima, Dr Vaibhav Tomar, Dr Sumit Baliyan, Dr Ashu, Dr Nazreen, Dr Nikki and their colleagues who came to the camp also resolved the curiosities of the soldiers. RTC Inspectors Surendra, Anil Kumar, Krishna Kumar, Mukesh etc. were instrumental in making the camp successful.
